Paragon was recognized for quality masonry craftsmanship. The entire marble facade was restored back to its original appearance, including the removal and reconstruction of the main entrance staircase.
John Haynes Lord Memorial Fountain
Two years later, Paragon Restoration Corporation was asked to restore the John Haynes Lord Memorial Fountain located next to the courthouse. In addition to the repointing and repair procedures performed, we performed both chemical and micro abrasive cleaning of the structure. Paragon installed a new vault to supply water and electricity, a new concrete sidewalk and associated coring procedures to accommodate the new utilities, restored the lion’s face and brass chains, relined the fountain floor followed by the installation of the new fountain.
